You are great at work, some would say you hyperfocus in this area. You are organised, and between work, partner and children, you are the glue.
You show up for everyone else.
You cannot remember the last time you did something just for yourself. Your body feels like it is in concrete, disconnected from what is happening in your life.
Breathwork is about giving your nervous system what it has been waiting for permission to let go of what it has been holding so tightly.
They want to feel like they are part of their lives, not just watching them.
More themselves. Like something that was wound tight has finally been given space to release.
Breathwork gives what has been stored in your body somewhere to go. Not through thinking about it. Through the breath the one part of your autonomic nervous system you can consciously change.
But when you are in a stress state, overwhelmed, running on empty, bracing for the next thing your breath changes. It becomes fast and shallow, sitting high in the chest.
That pattern signals danger back to your nervous system, which keeps the stress response running.
The circular breath I use is a continuous, conscious breath through the mouth. It works with the body's own physiology to shift you from sympathetic activation, the alarm state into something regulated and quieter.

You are the one who holds everything together and you are exhausted by your own competence.

Your mind is constantly on. You cannot switch off, even when you want to.

You are carrying years of unresolved emotion that has never had a way through.

You have tried talking about it and still feel stuck in your body.

You want to feel lighter not as a concept, as an actual physical experience.

You are curious about breathwork but have never tried it one-to-one, with guidance.
I am a breathwork facilitator, nervous system and transformational coach based in North Ipswich, Queensland.
I work one-to-one with women who are ready to stop managing and start shifting what they are carrying.
I come from nearly twenty years of working with people in hospitals, in social work, having my own coaching business. I have sat with people in the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
I am also an overthinker. A parent of neurodivergent children. Someone who has been where many of my clients are. I did not come to this work from a place of having it all together. I came to it because it changed things for me and I wanted to give that to others.
Sessions are available in my North Ipswich studio and online.
